Offering £10.85 per hour, increasing to £11.87 per hour as of April 1st
Temp to Perm Contract – moving perm following 12 weeks
Full time, 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity on behalf of our client based in Skelmersdale. Our client is a well known retail company with decades of experience and is one of the UK’s largest names in the game, they are looking to expand their existing Customer Service department with passionate and personable individuals. They will provide the full training and can offer a permanent contract following 12 weeks of service!
The Role:
- Handling Inbound customer service calls, chats and emails; providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Providing knowledgeable, professional and timely advice and information to our customers
- Supporting with a wide range of queries including information of product features/specification, our services, delivery and installation, pricing and complaints.
- Resolving customer issues by providing solutions or escalating them to higher authorities when necessary.
- Using customer service software and tools to log customer interactions and track progress on customer issues.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers, providing them with an exceptional customer experience.
The Pay:
- Offering £10.85 per hour, increasing to £11.87 per hour as of April 1st
- Paid Weekly, every Friday!
The Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
You will work on a rota basis, working 5 days out of 7 between Monday – Sunday.
- 2 x Weeks: 8:00am-4:30pm
- 1 x Week: 9:30am-6:00pm
- 1 x Week: 12:30pm-9:00pm
Weekends: 1 weekend in 4 working: 8:30am-5pm Saturday and 9:30am-6pm Sunday. When a weekend is worked a day off in the week is given either side of that weekend.
Training: You will complete 2 weeks of training on a Monday to Friday basis between 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
