Customer Service Advisor – Work from Home
Offering £11.44 per hour, paid weekly – every Friday!
Full Time Contract, 37.5 hours per week
**Please note, despite this role being a WFH opportunity – candidates will need to live within a commutable distance from Northampton – ideally within 1-1.5 hours **
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our client on a work from home, temporary to permanent contract!
The Hours:
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 days out of 7 between Monday-Sunday
- Working shifts between 8am-8:15pm – must be flexible to work on a rota basis.
Equipment Requirements:
- All successful candidates would require their own Windows 11, laptop or desktop (Chromebooks and Apple devices are NOT compatible)
- Access to a connectable USB headset
- Reliable and strong internet connection
- Connectable or inter-grated webcam for training purposes.
What we are looking for…
- Previous customer service experience, ideally experience working within a call based environment handling inbound customer calls.
- A genuine passionate and interest in customer services with the desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong IT skills – you will be using upto 7 systems and must be comfortable and confident picking up and using various systems.
- Confidence making decisions and using your own initiative.
- Willingness to learn and take onboard a new challenge
- Resilient and calm approach.
Successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS.
