Due to their incredible business growth, we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. ​The Role:

  • Engaging with customers through many contact channels you will also liaise with network partners and supplier’s.
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, social media and live chat.
  • Providing product and service knowledge in a confident manner, ensuring our customers are getting the best service and ensuring their journey is smooth and streamline.
  • Proactively supporting customers who may have ordered the wrong items and assisting them to find a more suitable solution and supporting in selecting a suitable alternative.
  • Liaising close with their Supply chain teams.
  • Contacting customers to advise on delays with orders and working to find a solution for them.
  • Working with couriers or suppliers to resolve issues where deliveries are signed for but have not arrived.
  • Raising Purchase Orders, Claims, and various other items.
  • Solutions focused approach to handling complaints ensuring they are resolved quickly and restore the customer’s relationship with us

The Person

  • Previous experience within a customer focused environment, ideal candidate would have phone/email based customer service experience but our client will provide full training and are open to all customer service experience including; retail, hospitality, call centre etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate through phone, email, webchat, and social media.
  • Organisation skills, being able to balance own workload is necessary
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and generate solutions to solve customer’s issues.
  • Active listening and understanding ensuring an excellent customer journey.
  • Willing and eager to learn and embark on a new challenge; full training will be provided and we are looking for someone motivated and enthusiastic to learn.

​The Hours:

  • ​Full time contract
  • Working 5 days between Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday per month – Work from Home)
  • Shifts between 8am-6pm on a rota basis (8am – 4:30​pm, 8:30​am – 5​pm, 9​am 5:30​pm, 9:30​am 6​pm)
