CSU Advisor

  • Job Title: CSU Advisor
  • Location: Craigavon
  • Hourly Rate: £13.26
  • Weekly Hours: 37
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and/or public counter.
  • Act as a customer advocate across a wide range of housing services.
  • Accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants.
  • Collaborate with partners to resolve tenant issues.

Requirements

  • IT Proficiency: Intermediate
  • Qualifications:
    • Four GCSEs including Maths & English (or equivalent)
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional Registration: Not required
  • Access NI Check: Basic
