Customer Service Advisor – Glasgow
37.5 Hours Per Week – Full Time – Permanent
Salary: £21,500 p/a (Up to £23,000 with experience)
Shifts: 8am – 6pm / Mon – Fri (On site for 6 wks training, Hybrid afterwards – 5 office days over 2 weeks)
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on behalf of some of the largest globally recognised names in the banking industry;
• Delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers, taking initiative and ownership of what you do;
• Supporting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints across a range of our products, often with vulnerable customers based on their needs;
• Continually developing and enhancing your personal skills and knowledge to improve support and make a significant difference to our customer’s experience.

What You’ll Have:

• Good IT and communications skills
• Great communication skills and comfortable talking on the phone
• Previous experience in a fast-paced office/call centre environment is desirable but not essential
