My client based in Billingham, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a long term, temporary basis

Duties:

  • The duties and responsibilities of a CSR
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
  • Dealing with online orders
  • Liaising with couriers to locate deliveries
  • Speaking with customers and managing orders
  • Delivering high level of customer service
  • Offering advice on all products available
  • Candidates should have experience in a similar role, or retail customer facing position
  • Full training on phone systems will be provided

Rate: £10.42ph

Hours: Sat-Mon each week – 8hrs per day. Days may change to suit business demands

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate, long term temporary
