The Recruitment Co is looking to recruit Customer Service operators/Call Handlers to start ASAP as the work is ongoing till Christmas.
All work for the Customer Service operative/Call Handler will be office based just outside of Coventry.
Working as a Customer Service operative/Call Handler everyday will be different as working across many different contracts answering the phone in supporting many contracts on a daily basis.
Day to day duties of the Customer Service operative/Call Handler-
To ensure all communication with clients and customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to their satisfaction using the appropriate channels.
Invoke the department escalation process when needed.
Develop a full understanding of our services and products and all relevant operating systems.
The Customer Service operative/Call Handler will promote self-service and alternative products to new and existing customers.
Work to achieve individual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements in line with centre objectives
All work for the Customer Service operative/Call Handler will be office based just outside of Coventry.
Hours of work for Customer Service operative/Call Handler
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Salary of the Customer Service operative/Call Handler £11.47.
