My client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a part time, temp to perm basis.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with customers on a daily basis
  • Taking orders via email and on the phone
  • Speaking to customers and typing notes at the same time
  • Handling all queries and offering solutions
  • Keeping live records for all customers
  • Adding new customers onto the internal database
  • Being able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Being able to handle calls efficiently during peak times

Rate: £11.44, increasing to £12ph after 12 weeks

Hours: 6pm-midnight, 3 nights per week

Role: Immediate start, temp to perm for the right candidate
