The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis,
Our client is a growing business within its industry and are looking to expand the team!
Salary & Benefits:
£26,769 per annum
28 Days of Holiday including bank holidays
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
8am until 5pm
The Role:
You will proactively manage all aspects of internal sales and dealing with incoming enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
The Duties:
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Answering calls from customers and responding to emails
- Processing orders
- Providing quotations .
Skills / Experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Good communicator
- Excel organisation
- Ability to prioritise workload.
