Customer Services Advisor (CSU Advisor)
Location: Ballymena
Hourly Rate: £13.26
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (variable)
Workdays: Monday to Sunday (variable)
Breaks: Minimum 20-minute break, flexible between 12pm–2pm
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team at Twickenham House. This role involves handling queries within the unit, resolving issues efficiently, and completing all necessary follow-up actions to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries within the unit
- Resolving issues and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Providing friendly and effective support across a range of services
- Working flexibly across variable hours and days
Requirements
- IT Proficiency: Beginner
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- No additional qualifications or professional registration required
