CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIRED

• Location: Huddersfield
• Free Parking, and accessible by public transport
• Basis: Full-Time / Permanent Contract – working 5 out of 7 days (will include bank holidays & weekends)
• 30 days holiday per year
• Salary = £24960 + Bonuses
• Welcoming / Friendly Team
• Regular training and update sessions

The Primary function of the role:
Being the first point of contact for customers to assist with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and good levels of organisation
• Developed verbal and written communication skills -able to speak to a wide range of customers
• Listening Skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.
• The ability to Multitask
• Positive attitude to drive sales and work well as a team.

Hours of work 5 days out of 7 including one weekend day per week –

**Typical hours would be 3 x 8.30 -5.30 / 1 x 8-5 and 1 weekend day 9am-5pm**
