Are you meticulous, organized, and ready to take on a challenging role in data management? We are currently seeking a temporary Data Input Administrator to join our Land & Property department for an exciting project involving the conversion of paper files to electronic format. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and make a valuable contribution to our organization.
Role Overview: As a Data Input Administrator, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, scanning, and organizing legal documents for our high-volume conversion project. Key responsibilities include scanning documents into electronic format, ensuring accuracy, maintaining data security procedures, and maintaining detailed records of document retrieval and storage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan documents into electronic format or file paper documents into storage systems.
- Review documents for accuracy and scanning errors.
- Maintain security of confidential information.
- Ensure proper classification and storage of files.
- Keep detailed records of document retrieval and storage activities.
- Work effectively in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision.
Essential Criteria:
- Accurate, punctual, and dependable.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Effective communication skills.
- Current driving licence.
Desirable Criteria:
- Post-secondary education would be advantageous.
- Some administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.
