£12.31 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals using a person-centred approach and contribute to ongoing assessments and personalised care plans.
• Deliver tailored daily activities and group programmes both inside and outside the centre—no direct supervision required.
• Provide practical support to people with complex physical, behavioural, and health-related needs.
• Assist with personal care, mealtimes, and follow safe feeding practices including alternative arrangements when needed.
• Be an essential part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Need

• Health & Social Care Qualification:
  • NVQ/QCF/VRQ/RQF Level 3 (ACS only), or
  • Level 2 plus one year’s care experience, or
  • 4 GCSEs (A–C including English) with one year’s paid care experience, or
  • Two years’ paid care experience (MHS only)
• Registration: Registered or willing to register with Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)
• Transport: Full driving licence essential

If you don’t yet hold a Level 3 qualification, you’ll need to commit to achieving it within 18 months of starting.
