Job Title: Demolition Commercial Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum + £550 P/M Car Allowance or Company Car
Location: Home-based, reporting to Manchester
Type: Temp to Perm
Time: 9:00 – 17:30

The Role

As the main Commercial Manager, you’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring the company’s commercial interests are protected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team.
• Review estimates and control costs.
• Ensure timely contract notices and cost assessments.
• Draft and manage subcontract agreements.
• Provide management reports as needed.
• Support other business departments with commercial issues.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial management or quantity surveying.
• Experience with CVRs, cost reports, and contracts (especially NEC).
• Degree or equivalent in commercial management or quantity surveying.
• Professional and respectful communication.
