We are currently recruiting a Despatch Clerk to join our client in Carryduff on a temp – perm basis!
- Temp – perm position!
- Great company
- £11.31 per hour
- Immediate start
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Job duties include:
1. Liaise with customers, despatch, sales and operations personnel to ensure efficient despatch of goods
2. Customer service
3. Despatch duties
4. Schedule deliveries
5. Coordinating customer deliveries
6. Record customer queries to the relevant department
7. Provide cover as despatch clerk at other sites as and when required
The successful candidate must have:
5 GCSE’s or equivalent grade A-C including English and Maths
Previous office admin experience
Proficient in MS Office with a good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
Please note in some circumstances you may be required to travel to and from other work areas
