The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting a Permanent Call Handler for their client based in Dundee.

Location: Dundee – due to location, own transport is essential. (Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis)

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management for approximately 20-30 field-based engineers.
• Provide customer quotations and pricing for work carried outside of normal SLA agreements outside of normal hours
• Handling internal/external customer service calls
• Updating customer databases
• Completion of daily/weekly and monthly reports
• Carrying out admin tasks as required liaising with internal departments
• Dealing with customer complaints

Skills & Abilities Required (Essential):

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational & time management skills
• Proven ability to multitask
• Successful working as part of a team
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Flexible working when required

Skills & Abilities Required (Desirable):

• Good understanding of IT and software packages
