We are currently recruiting for a permanent Dispatch Planner/ Customer Management agent role in Nottingham.

Our client is a multinational home repair and maintenance company, they also provide insurance and help their customers to protect and maintain their homes.
The Planning team is responsible for delivering the resource plan in line with budgeted expectations.

In the role you will;

• Provide support to the field workers through managing work levels.
• Ensure that call handling standards are met.
• Liaise with Field Management to resolve workforce issues.
• Taking in-bound calls from Engineers/Field Managers, taking ownership of queries – Supporting customers within their claims journey.

  Contract – Permanent
  Salary – £24,800 per annum
  Hours of work – 40 hours per week between 8am to 8pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 6pm Sat & Sun
