We are currently recruiting for a number of Appointment Bookers/ Planners to join a team on a permanent basis in Bradford,

Our client are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, they employ circa 3000 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to build their career within the Water Industry/ Commercial Sector.

As a Planner your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all Appointment are met
• High Quality Customer Service is delivered and management of the Customers
• All information is feedback to the client
• Working closely with clients to help build good relations to improve Customer Service

Supporting the Team Leader and the wider business to ensure Every Customer Counts strategy is embedded within day-to-day management of customers

£10.57 per hour starting salary + increasing to £11.44 after April 1st
40 hours per week – hours between 8:30am and 5pm
Office based for training with potential for hybrid depending on performance
Start Date ASAP (ad-hoc)
Perm Contract

Full training provided
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Successful candidates must be able to pass drugs and alcohol test on day 1
