Join Our Team – Domestic Assistant (Coleraine Hospital)

We’re hiring dedicated Domestic Assistants to help keep our hospital clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff.

Location: Coleraine
Hours Available:

  • Post 1: Monday – Thursday, 4pm – 8pm
  • Post 2: Friday – Sunday, 4pm – 8pm

Rate of Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: £12.21/hour
  • Saturday: £17.22/hour
  • Sunday: £22.34/hour

Main Duties Include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of hospital bathrooms
  • Cleaning patient rooms and communal areas
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles, light switches)
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors throughout wards and corridors
  • Replenishing soap, paper towels, and other hygiene supplies
  • Assisting with waste disposal and linen collection
