Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour
Location: Coleraine County Hall
Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: 31st August 2026
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Requirements: 5 GCSE’S C and Above (Including Maths and English), 2 A Levels C and Above

Duties include but not limited to:
- DVA Driver Licensing are seeking a highly organised, motivated and customer-focused Executive Officer 2 to join the team. They will play a key role in leading operational delivery, ensuring driving licences are processed efficiently and accurately and in line with the required timescales. This is a dynamic role suitable for someone who enjoys team leadership, continuous improvement and maintaining high standards within a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Key responsibilities day to day management of a team of 14 Administrative Officers. Monitoring performance, supporting staff development and ensuring targets, quality standards and deadlines are met. Overseeing scanning and online queues on the RDS system ensuring work is processed in line with operational priorities.
- Managing the scheduling and progression of work to be scanned, validated and sealed on the RDS System. Monitoring photo verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Managing end to end processing of driving licence applications ensuring administrative workflows run smoothly with data correctly captured and processed within required timeframes.
- Implementing quality checks and addressing errors or delays promptly. Delivering a high-quality customer service including handling telephone enquiries and responding to written enquiries professionally and effectively with clear, accurate and timely information. Contributing to broader office administrative tasks as required. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
