Job Title: Electrical Assembly Operative (SMT Operator)
Location: Cwmbran
Salary: £14.01 per hour this includes shift allowance
Hours: Full time. Monday – Thursday 4 days week working a 36 hour week covering rotating shifts 5:30-3pm days and 2:30-Midnight this could also be a permanent afternoons role
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Electrical Assembly Operative/SMT operator to work for a company based in Cwmbran on a Temp to Perm contract
Main job roles:
- Operate computer-controlled surface mount assembly machinery to successfully assemble surface mount technology printed circuit assemblies
- Ability to read machine error messages and correct placement & printing problems
- Confident to hand place SMT parts accurately onto circuit assemblies, ensuring correct polarity of devices
Required experience
- Previous SMT experience or someone with Electrical board production experience
