Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully implementing the clients plan to transition from a traditional LPC Training Contract model to a rolling SQE Graduate Apprenticeship Programme (in partnership with an external training provider)

  • Creating and maintaining engaging emerging talent recruitment content (e.g. website information, brochures, social media posts etc.)
  • Taking part in webinars, at open days/fairs and proactively engaging with career services as needed
  • Developing and delivering an effective work experience or vacation scheme programme to attract future talent
  • Working with HoDs to find appropriate training for their wider emerging talent needs
