We are currently recruiting for an Executive officer 1 based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: initially for 6 months with an option to extend to 25/01/25

Rate of pay: £16.45

Hours of work: 9 to 5. There may be a requirement to participate in an on call rota once fully trained but this can be discussed later.

Key Responsibilities:

The Role Holder will carry out a variety of tasks to manage the SPS Facilities in terms of premises management The Role Holder is responsible supporting the Premises Officer and for ensuring all sites are operational, safe and fit for purpose. This work will include health & safety elements, including ensuring fire safety on the site is carried out in line with policy. The RH is also responsible for completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance & management of ad-hoc works as required across the site.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

6 months experience in a facilities management role gained within the last 5 years

Proof of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grade C or above or the equivalent to this and 3 A-levels or the equivalent.

Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
