We are currently recruiting an EO2 Work Coach for our client based in Coleraine. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
 
Start date: 12th January 2026
 
Rate of pay:£15.83 per hour
 
Duration: 29/03/2026 with possible extension
 
Hours of work: 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
 
Location: Coleraine Jobs and Benefits Office, Crown Buildings 
 
Duties will include:

The purpose of the Work Coach is to assist claimants to prepare for work, secure employment, maintain sustained employment, progress and try to increase earnings. You will use effective coaching techniques, conduct Work Focused Interviews and engage with claimants face to face and online to assist claimants into work.

In addition to face to face interviews, you will use a range of channels with emphasis on the digital service to support claimants and their families to become more financially independent through work. You will motivate and challenge the claimant / groups of claimants to ensure that all interactions are focused on work.

The role will include Telephony and Face to Face appointments in the office.
Full attendance will be required during Work Coach training and consolidation with no leave permitted (normally during first 8 weeks in post).

Hybrid working will only be considered once fully competent, normally after 9-12 months in post in agreement with the Line Manager and Office Manager
