We are currently recruiting for an EO2 for our client based in Belfast ( Shankill Road) . The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: ASAP

Rate of pay: £14.50ph

Duration: 51 weeks

Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• The staff member will predominantly be a Work coach in the office in addition to other duties as required by the Team lead appropriate to the EO2 grade.

  This will involve the interviewing of UC and Legacy based claimants with a view to improving their prospects for securing work or an increase in work hours, or signposting to local provision and all associated duties entailed therein.

  A requirement to attend mandatory training with no leave permitted during the training period

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

• five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English, plus 2 A Levels or equivalent
• Proof will be required at the first stage of registration. Without this we cannot take your application forward.

( Proof of certs required )

• Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to use your own initiative.
