We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Ballykelly as a full-time Executive Officer.

Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Duties:
Rural Affairs Investments Branch is responsible for overseeing the delivery of current and future investment funds projects under Rural Affairs Division’s responsibility such as the Complementary Fund, City and Growth Deals and PEACEPLUS. The Branch also oversees the delivery of DAERA funding made available to the Digital Transformation Flexible Fund led by DfE.
The functions, roles and responsibilities cover the following areas:
- Providing general administrative support including organising meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes & booking venues and hospitality.
- Mailbox monitoring and management.
- Collation of & management of branch returns.
- Maintenance of recording systems, databases and spreadsheets.
This is not an exhaustive list of duties. Duties may change in line with business need.
The post holder requires the ability to:
- Communicate well both orally and in writing to a diverse range of customers both internal and external.
- Use a range of computer systems to action tasks.
- Gather, check, assess and interpret information to make decisions/recommendations against clearly defined criteria, regulations, procedures and deadlines.
- Participate in a team in a target driven environment to support the delivery of customer service, quality and performance.
- Handle and communicate personal data in accordance with departmental policies.
Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English and 2 A levels – certificates required
Desired Experience:
Minute taking experience would be an advantage
