Job Title: Executive Officer
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Bangor
Duration: 1 Year
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rate of Pay: £13.81 Per Hour
Main Duties:
The Work Coach provides providing regular advice, guidance, coaching and information to our claimants, empowering them to become, where it is feasible, self sufficient in their journey towards work, better work or increased earnings. The Work Coach’s role is to offer the right choices and support to meet the needs of all our customers. With a broader range of claimant groups, it is vital Work Coaches have the skills and knowledge to deliver an effective, proactive and valuable service.
Essential Criteria:
– 2 A-Levels in 2 separate subjects
– Previous admin experience
– Previous customer service experience is desirable
