We are currently recruiting for Executive Officers based in Belfast City Centre, The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 3rd June, 2024

Location: Belfast City Centre

Duration: Initally 6 months with possibility of extension

Hours of work: The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Main Duties:

• This role within our Quality Assurance team includes approving and meticulously quality checking all payments and overpayment referrals, ensuring accuracy, compliance and promptly providing feedback on identified issues;
• Leading by example, visibly engaging with the teams and colleagues in understanding processes, self-improvement and building team capability, with the ability to communicate and provide clear and concise feedback.

This role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain. Roles will later focus on delivering services for customers requiring help with Retirement Services. Full training will be provided. Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:

• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers;
• Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
• Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets;
• Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems;
• Organised with good time management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent work ethic with a desire to personally develop; and
• Excellent attendance and time keeping.

These roles are full-time, office based. Working from home may become available in the future.

Successful candidates must have at least 3 months experience of DWP Cost of Living processes, a strong understanding of how Cost of Living payments are delivered,how overpayments are identified and recovered, and a rounded knowledge and experience of DWP benefits.
