We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast BT 4 as a full-time Executive Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.
Executive Officer Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months – Possible extension

EO2 hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
About the EO2 role:
- Seek/gather/organise information and data to be used for input to briefing, responses to Assembly Questions and other ad hoc requests
- Undertake research, as required
- Liaise with relevant organisations/business areas including HSCB, HSC Trusts, other government Departments and other Units within the Department of Health.
- Produce first draft responses to Private Office Enquiries (POEs) – including AQs, Correspondence cases, Invitation cases – and to other ad hoc requests, as required.
- Ensure all relevant correspondence is filed on Content Manager.
- Provide support to other sections within the Unit and/or Directorate, as required
- Any other duties that may be required by line management.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSE’s A-C to include Maths and English (You must be able to provide proof)
- A Levels or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Word,Excel

- Must have minute taking experience
