Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Dungannon are looking for Executivie Officers to join their team.
Duration: 30/04/2026
Rate of pay: £14.93
Location: Dungannon
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Main Duties:
– Discretionary Support claims processing/reviews/checking, to include use of relevant internal systems, application of controls/checks, guidance and legislation, use of microsoft office packages to make accurate and timely decisions. End to end claims process, telephony role. Office attendance required for training and consolidation, hybrid working pattern available following training.
– Staff with previous 1 years Discretionary Support experience advantegous but not essential as full training will be provided.
– Providing office cover during operational hours.
– Updating management on statistics and performance.
– Excellent customer service skills to include dissatisfaction and complaints management and application of unacceptable customer behaviour guidance.
– Proactive to work as part of a team/lead a team and deliver results. Ability to work on own initiative.
– Identify and implement service improvements.
– Adapt and implement change.
– Any other duties as directed by line manager.
– May have staff line management responsibilities.

Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs & 2 A-Levels
**The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.**
