Location: Jordanstown
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with the ability to extend)
Hours of Work: 0830-1700 Mon – Thu. 0830-1630 Fri, 37 Hours per week
Rate of Pay: £13.81 Per Hour

Main Job Duties:

As a business support administrator based in Jordanstown, you will work under the supervision of the Head of Physiotherapy to complete medical administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and organizing end-to-end medical referrals through to invoicing and set up, acting as a point of contact for private hospitals/clinics.
  • Handling confidential/personal medical information and filing appropriately on TM3/Kitman Labs.
  • Supporting the organization of various health clinics at SNISI, including physiotherapy, doctor consultations, and vaccinations.
  • Assisting in organizing and procuring external staff training, equipment servicing/maintenance, and other non-medical procurements as requested.
  • Maintaining a list of department procurements on SharePoint to track any outstanding invoices/payments to assist with Finance queries.
  • Inputting EOM casual staff service record information and following up as required.
  • Completing other administrative duties under the supervision of the other Heads of Service and Director of Performance.
  • Providing support for operational tasks/projects related to refurbishment projects.
  • Assisting with asset checks at SNISI and other finance-related requests.
  • Administering athlete profile surveys and following up with Sports Performance staff on any information gaps.
  • Communicating with NGB staff and athletes on queries related to sports medicine, inductions, and general inquiries.
  • Assisting with general sports institute procurements when required and supporting staff in various departments (e.g., office equipment).

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths & English graded A to C or the level 2 equivalent.
  • 2 A-levels in 2 separate subjects (Must supply evidence).
  • Successful candidate will be subject to an Access NI check.
