My legal client based in Stockport is looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to manage a diverse and high-volume caseload of property transactions.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and new build transactions.
• Conduct property title checks and searches, and prepare necessary legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Use Proclaim software to manage cases and maintain accurate records.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Handle any issues or complications that arise during the conveyancing process with professionalism and efficiency.

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proficiency in using Proclaim software.
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
