As our operations continue to grow, we are now seeking Machine / Extrusion Operatives to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery to produce uPVC window and door profiles
• Assist with machine setup and tooling changes
• Carry out visual quality checks and separate product based on standards
• Identify issues and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality
• Complete routine machine checks, report faults, and follow up on repairs
• Accurately complete production records and paperwork
• Keep your work area clean and well-maintained
• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures as trained

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
