The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting for a number of Factory Assistants for their client based in Arbroath

Pay rate: £10.50 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunity

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 07:45 – 17:15 & Friday 06:00 – 12:00 (Midday)

Duties:

• Monitor quality and report any faults or requirements, where appropriate.
• Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety procedures.
• Assist in other tasks or areas, when the business needs it
• Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within your work area.

What we are looking for:

• The ability to work safely, effectively and productively with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify problems.
• Good communication skills and can anticipate the needs of others when communicating and check for understanding.
• The ability to work both as part of a team or on an individual basis
• Flexibility and drive to respond to changing requirements in order to achieve customer expectations on time
