Operatives Needed – Manufacturing (uPVC Windows & Doors)

We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join a growing and well‑established manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience in a supportive work environment, with temp‑to‑perm opportunities and clear career progression.

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: £12.82 per hour
• Evening Shift: £13.91 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.07 per hour

No shift rotations
Accessible location with free parking

The Role

You will work as part of a factory team responsible for combining recycled and new materials to manufacture high‑quality uPVC windows and doors. You will take pride in your workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, which are central to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Be at your workstation ready for the start of each shift with excellent attendance
• Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify errors or faults and take appropriate corrective action
• Report machinery or product faults to the Production Supervisor
• Perform all trained and signed‑off tasks competently
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area
• Communicate clearly with Team Leaders on all aspects of the role
• Continuously seek to improve personal performance
• Act as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
• Strictly follow Health & Safety rules and PPE requirements
• Carry out any other reasonable management requests
