Position: Field Sales Specialist

Location: Antrim Technology Park, Muckamore Road

Contract: Permanent Full Time

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with no weekend working!

Your New Opportunity:

We’re seeking highly motivated Field Sales Specialists to join our Sales and Retention team. Reporting to the Field Sales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for acquiring domestic energy customers across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Acquire new customers through door-to-door sales.
  • Promote and sell our products and services.
  • Schedule and attend customer appointments.
  • Provide sales administration and support.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as an ambassador for the company.

Our Essential Criteria:

These are the qualifications, experience, skills, or knowledge you must have:

  • Minimum 1-year direct Sales Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Our Desirable Criteria:

These criteria help us choose among candidates who meet all the essential criteria:

  • Previous Field Sales experience.
  • Background in the NI Domestic Energy Market.
