We are looking for an Finance Assistant to join our Client’s established and growing team in Blackpool FY4. This role is easily accessible for people in South shore, Lytham, Freckleton, Bispham and Cleveleys area
Finance Assistant Salary: £27,000
Finance Assistant hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday:

Finance Assistant role and responsibilities:
- Control of the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, including the coding, posting and payment of supplier invoices and issuance of invoices
- Maintaining relations with suppliers and internal stakeholders and dealing with any queries
- Perform routine reconciliations and calculations to produce analysis and reports finance manager
- Control of corporate cards including coding, posting and timely user delivery of employee expenses claims and dealing with any queries
- Control of bi-monthly non corporate card expenses and arising queries
- General ad hoc finance work as and when required
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
The ideal Finance Assistant will:
- Have an analytical approach to work, with an ability to organize/prioritize workload and
- Achieve consistent accuracy in processing
- Work to tight deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a high level of organisational skills.
- Have a high level of accuracy/attention to detail – quality output.
