My client based in Newton Aycliffe is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.
Rate: £24,000, once probation has been passed raising to £25,000
Shifts: Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, 37.5 hours per week
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving counterbalance trucks in a fast paced environment
• Handling difficult loads on the trucks, some pallet work also included
• Loading and unloading wagons
• Repairing damaged pallets and loads ready for transit
• Inventory management and stock allocation in the warehouse
• Some labouring duties involved
• General warehousing duties as and when required
• Adhering to strict health and safety rules at all times

FLT Experience needed – in date licence advantageous
Experience using overhead cranes and shot blasting is preferred but not essential
Role: Immediate start
