Job Title: Fork Lift Truck Driver
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £10.42 per hour

Hours: Full time. Monday – Thursday 8am-4pm and 7am-3pm on a Friday 40 hours a week paid

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently looking for a Fork lift truck driver to work for a client based in Caerphilly. You need a counter balance license.

Main Job roles

• Monitor and empty the small internal waste skips when required
• Place finished goods into designated locations within the Warehouse from the shop floor drop zone and according to the layout
• Remove unwanted stillages from shop floor areas and store with the returnable stillage zone.
• Make sure the Warehouse area is kept to a clean standard
• Pre- use inspection checks for mobile equipment used, report all faults to the goods in Manager or HSE manager shop
• Control the packaging for all departments
• Assist within the goods in department, and other areas when required to meet the requirements of the business.
• Unloading and loading delivery vehicles, ensuring all product is correct to the incoming goods receiving paperwork
• Report on all deliveries and dispatches to the relevant goods in / dispatch teams.
• Counterbalance license
• Assist with storing and issuing fixtures for the production cells
• All general counterbalance fork truck duties

Required experience

• Adhere to all PPE requirements
• Counterbalance license
• Previous experience within a Warehouse environment, manufacturing workshops is desirable
