Our client, based in Belfast are looking for a x2 Front of House person to join their team

Job Description:

– Front of House Assistants are responsible for delivering a positive and customer focused experience to welcome a diverse range of visitors to the Ulster Museum. Working across the welcome area, orientation points and the Ulster Museum shop, the role represents the first and last point of contact for visitors and therefore individuals are acting as advocates and representatives of the National Museum NI purpose and values.

Essential Criteria:
– 2 GCSEs Including Maths and English (certificate proof)

– Experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Previous cash handling or retail experience would be desirable

– IT skills for using till points/EPOS system or ticketing system (training provided)

– Passion for engaging with diverse audiences

– Willingness to handle queries and be first point of contact for verbal visitor feedback

Wage:

– £10.94ph (weekly)

– Ulster Museum

Start Date:

– ASAP

Length Of Assignment:

– 31st January subject to review

Work Pattern:

– First Post: Saturday & Sundays each week

– Second Post: rolling rota, Week 1, 2 & 4: Saturdays & Sundays, Week 3: Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday.
