Title: Garden Machinery Mechanic
Location: SK11
Salary: £30k (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday

What you’ll be doing

• Service and repair garden machinery to meet standards set by the Service Manager.
• Liaise with customers and manage job registrations as needed.
• Complete job cards and allocate parts for each task.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop.
• Ensure machines are cleaned and ready for customer collection.
• Provide service support to other departments as directed by the Service Manager.
• Handle customer and company property with care.
• Respond to domestic and professional customer call-outs, diagnosing faults and performing repairs.
• Attend training courses to stay current with product knowledge and compliance standards.

• Experience with a variety of garden and commercial machinery.
• Strong diagnostic skills for identifying faults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
• Ambition and drive to grow within the company.
