General Operatives – Camden, Antrim.

We are recruiting Full-Time General Operatives to join our client, Camden based in Antrim
You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Starting : Monday 15th June
Ongoing positions

Shifts available : 

Days – Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 5pm and early finish Friday 12.45pm!! £12.82 per hour 

Evenings- Monday to Thursday 3.30pm – 1am and Friday 11.15am – 4.30pm £13.91 per hour 

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
• Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
• Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
• Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
• Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all Health & Safety rules, including proper use of PPE
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
