👷 Your Role:
You’ll play a key part in the production process, ensuring products are built to the highest standards while working in a supportive, safety-first environment.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Following production processes and SOPs accurately
• Identifying and reporting faults in machinery or products
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Working closely with your team and team leader
• Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
• Following all Health & Safety procedures (including PPE use)
• Continuously improving your skills and performance
