• Evenings: £13.91 per hour

Shifts:

• Evenings: Monday to Friday, 3:15pm – 12:00am

About the Role
As a Granulation Operative, you will be responsible for processing waste uPVC materials into reusable granulate using specialist machinery. This role plays a key part in supporting Camden Group’s commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor granulation machinery
• Sort and prepare uPVC materials for processing
• Ensure output meets required quality standards
• Accurately record production and output data
• Identify and remove contaminants from materials
• Monitor machine performance and report faults
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shift patterns

Desirable:

• Experience in recycling, granulation, or materials processing
• Knowledge of uPVC processes
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial machinery
• Understanding of environmental and waste management practices
