We are seeking dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operators to join a reputable utility company.

This role focuses on general grounds upkeep at wastewater sites across the region.

The position is based in Oldham, but requires travel to various locations, occasionally as far as Crewe and Whitehaven, typically working in small teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine groundskeeping duties, including grass trimming, hedge cutting, and leaf blowing to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of sites.
• Travel to wastewater sites within the designated area. The role will require travel to various locations with occasional long-distance trips.

Requirements

• A full, valid UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.
• Applicants must be able to pass a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to grounds maintenance in various weather conditions.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
