  About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Casual Group Exercise Coaches to support the delivery of high‑quality group fitness sessions for our clients Leisure Centres. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified instructors who are passionate about helping participants improve their health, fitness, and wellbeing in a fun and engaging environment.

You will join a dynamic team delivering a wide range of group exercise classes to diverse age groups and ability levels.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must hold a current coaching/teaching qualification in at least one recognised group exercise discipline.
Examples include:

• Group Spin
• Aerobics
• Water Aerobics
• Dance
• Circuits
• 50+ Classes
• HIIT
• 20:20:20
• Step
• Zumba
• Pilates

Candidates must also maintain a sufficient level of personal fitness to perform all duties effectively.

An Access NI check is required prior to starting.

Main Duties (Summary)

Service Delivery

• Deliver classes in line with national governing body guidelines.
• Deliver structured schemes of work that promote participant progress.
• Coach and develop participants, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Child Protection policies.
• Provide excellent customer care at all times.
• Carry out safety checks on equipment before each session, reporting defects or incidents to the Duty Officer.
• Complete administrative duties including attendance records and participant progress updates.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve key objectives.
