My client based in Stokesley is looking for a Head Chef to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Menu writing and planning
  • Management of 3 other team members including Sous Chef’s and Kitchen Porter
  • Food preparation and cooking
  • Dishes will include the cooking of meats, seafood, roast dinners and side dishes
  • Dealing with suppliers and ordering produce
  • Generating own shopping lists for ordering
  • Following HSE guidelines and adhering to strict food hygiene standards

Salary: £35k per annum, plus £5k performance bonus paid quarterly

Hours: Wed-Sat 12pm-8pm, Sun 12pm-6pm

Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
