Job Title: Hebrew speaking Customer Service Agent
Salary: £28,000
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Hours: 40 paid hours per week
Shifts: Sunday – Thursday, 7am – 3pm

What I’m looking for:
- Amadeus GDS Experience: Proven experience with Amadeus GDS.
- Airline industry experience
- Team Player: Effective collaborator with a “can-do” attitude.
- Customer Focused
- Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Relationship Building
- Fluent in English and Hebrew is a Must
What you’ll be doing:
- Help customers solve their problems.
- Answer customer queries quickly by email or phone.
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, complaints, and claims.
- Accurately use Amadeus GDS and Salesforce.
- Improve work processes.
- Fix customer issues.
- Do administrative tasks.
