Job Title: Hebrew speaking Customer Service Agent

Salary: £28,000

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Hours: 40 paid hours per week

Shifts: Sunday – Thursday, 7am – 3pm

What I’m looking for:

  • Amadeus GDS Experience: Proven experience with Amadeus GDS.
  • Airline industry experience
  • Team Player: Effective collaborator with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Customer Focused
  • Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Relationship Building
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew is a Must

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help customers solve their problems.
  • Answer customer queries quickly by email or phone.
  • Handle flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, complaints, and claims.
  • Accurately use Amadeus GDS and Salesforce.
  • Improve work processes.
  • Fix customer issues.
  • Do administrative tasks.
