The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Help Desk Operator to work in Blackpool

This is a temporary ongoing role with a view to be taken permanently

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, shifts are usually 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Hourly rate starts at £12.61

Duties & Skills Include:

  • Working within an Estates department
  • Logging jobs which require to be undertaken
  • Liaising with departments and contractors to give out relevant work/jobs
  • Admin duties
  • Must have a good customer service experience as this role is telephone based
  • Monitor job sheets and liaise with service users
  • Admin duties
