HGV 1 Driver (Nights) – Highbridge

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers, who would be interested to work on an adhoc basis. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of consumable goods, forestry or manufactured products. Your main duty will include driving up to 4 locations per shift. Dropping goods off and picking goods up.

NO hand-balling involved.

Start times could be anywhere from 5pm to 9pm, working 12 hour shifts. Shifts next week available:

Sunday 01/06 – 20:00-08:00

Wednesday 04/06 – 21:00-09:00

Saturday 07/06 – 21:00-09:00

We are looking for someone who will:

• Helping to off load items as and when required
• Adhering to Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), Health and Safety and relevant Driving laws and regulations
• Performing vehicle checks and reporting any faults or defects
• Following the rules on fuel economy and harsh breaking
• Liaising with the depot and the customers on a daily basis

This role is perfect for those seeking temporary / ad-hoc position for a few days, a week or on a rota that works around your schedule.

Paid @£17per hour.
